All our bookings are handled by a reputable property management company "CLASSIC MANAGEMENT"

They handle all on-line and telephone bookings using a secure and easy to use system.

Below are typical prices you can expect to pay for the Villa at different times of the year. Please note the prices are based on a tourist exchange rate of £1=$1.7 so will vary accordingly against the current exchange rate.

Please note all rates are inclusive of tax.
20% deposit secures booking
Refundable accidental damage deposit of £150.00 / US$250 required for each booking
Cleaning charge of £50 / US$80 (per booking).
Pool heating additional (recommended winter months November - March) is £80 / $160 per week.
